There are currently 5 different meeting and event spaces available for you to choose from, each with its own personality and suitable for a range of events.
The Panorama Room
Located on the highest floor of the hotel, the spacious and elegant Panorama Room is accentuated by 180-degree views of Brisbane city and the Roma Street Parklands, allowing an abundance of natural light by day, or the visually stunning Brisbane city skyline at night.
This room features floor to ceiling glass walls, providing the most striking vista and a sense of stepping out and into the view itself. It’s the perfect venue for weddings, conferences, special occasions and private banquets. One look and you’ll understand why it’s so sought after!
The Sky Boardroom
This incredibly unique space is located on a private mezzanine above the glass walled Panorama Room. The Executive Boardroom is Brisbane's best kept secret featuring integrated computer accessibility, motorised privacy and black-out blinds, 48” HD LCD with DVD, fully automatic Espresso machine and a fully stocked mini-bar (charges apply).
The Parkland Room
Also located on the highest floor of the hotel, The Parkland Room offers fantastic city and park views. With glass paneled windows on two sides of the room there is plenty of natural light.
Ideal for larger weddings, dinners, meetings, cocktail parties and other events, the space seats up to 160 theatre style seats and 120 seated at round tables.
The Loft
Recently unveiled, the visually stunning Loft penthouse is a multi-purpose venue oozing cosmopolitan cool. With spectacular vistas overlooking the Brisbane city skyline The Loft is the perfect choice for any chic event that needs an extra splash of sophistication and individuality. Comfortably seats 10 for executive meetings, and up to 80 for a cocktail reception.
The Gazebo Terrace
Situated on the terrace of the Gazebo Restaurant & Bar, the Gazebo Terrace is an ideal location for a relaxed BBQ, dinner or cocktail reception. In an expansive outdoor setting overlooking parklands, your guests can enjoy the surrounds of the restaurant and bar area.

We stock an extensive range of audio visual equipment to suit all your function and presentation requirements. And if we don’t have it, we will get it in for you!
